Grace Avery Chez went to be with the Lord January 9, 2008. Her strength and perseverance was shown through everyday of her life, but it was her ever present smile that will leave an indelible mark on us all. She was the most amazing soul we have ever known and we are comforted to know that the same little girl that we held so tight is now safe with Jesus.

 

After many hospital stays and many hours spent with families in similar circumstances we came to realize the huge need for not only moral support, but also the need for financial assistance during extended hospitals stays. It is here that we decided to start Gracie’s Fund, a way to provide financial support to families who are affected by Congential Heart Disease and are in financial distress due to the expenses occurred during their extended stay at the hospital.

 

Services Provided

Gracie’s Fund will be utilized to help with lodging, travel expenses, groceries, meals, and utility payments for families in need.

While Gracie was here with us she touched countless lives, we hope to continue this legacy with Gracie’s Fund.
